Meet the house
A few years ago I came to live in Casa Chin with my family, although I lived here my entire life up to when I left for University. The house is the inheritance that I receive with gratitude and respect from many generations past (we have found references to Casa Chin all the way back to XVIII century) that cared for it and from my father who transferred it to me in 2015. After two years of renovations with sustainability criteria, we open our doors as an independent rural guesthouse. A place identified with the past for a comfortable and quality stay.

The house has about 150 m2 distributed in three floors. Its maximum capacity is for eleven guests. In the ground floor we find the kitchen, dining room and a parlor with a chimney. In the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic has a large bedroom with up to seven beds and a double bathroom. The house is fully equipped and includes all amenities: heating, chimney, TV, WiFi, linens, washer, etc. Above all, you will have our attention and a good friendly atmosphere offering an easy and pleasant stay.
Next to the kitchen we have a parlor with chimney, TV and a dining table suitable for up to 16 guests.
In the first floor you will find a reading corner stocked with books for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Italian coffee maker, and kitchen utensils (silverware, dishes, pots and pans).
Kitchen towels, table cloths, bed linens, bathroom towels are all available to make you feel “at home”.

The suite
The suite is a 50m2 apartment for up to four guests. It can be rented independently or to complete the House (to host up to 15 guests in total). It has a kitchen, dining room, parlor with chimney, a room with a double bed, another room with a single bed with a pull out bed, a bathroom, and a sauna (use of the sauna has an additional cost).
The suite is fully furnished and includes all amenities: heating, chimney, TV, WiFi, linens and towels, access to the washer, etc. Above all, you will have our attention and a good friendly atmosphere offering an easy and pleasant stay.

The kitchen opens to the dining room/parlor. It is fully equipped: ceramic top cook stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Italian coffee maker, and kitchen utensils (silverware, dishes, pots and pans).
Kitchen towels, table cloths, bed linens, bathroom towels are all available to make you feel “at home”.

The lounge
The lounge is about 25m2 and is available for the guests in the House, the Suite or others for cultural, therapeutic, corporate or other activities.
The Lounge includes a dressing room with bathroom and shower. Options such as sound equipment, lights, chairs, pads, or other amenities required for planned activities (meetings, presentations, workshops) can be arranged upon consultation.
